I will post workouts here each week. That way if you are missing from school and need some ideas to keep active, you can have a place to start.
If you are going to be away for an extended period of time, you should email me with updates on how you are staying active. My email address is [email protected]. Try and include all the ways you are remaining active: walking, lifting weights, Yoga, sports, etc.
An easy way to do this is to hit the Activity Log tab at the top and follow the instructions.
